About Forest Glen Recreational Association
Forest Glen is a neighborhood within the city of Boulder, CO. It consists of 122 households located west of Broadway, centered around Poplar Ave, Orange Ct, and Wonderland Hill, and is near scenic Wonderland Lake Park. The Forest Glen Recreational Association (FGRA) is an HOA (Home Owners Association) that was established when the neighborhood was created in 1976, and exists to represent the interests of residents of the neighborhood, and to manage the common properties collectively owned by the neighborhood. The common areas include a park with a playground and two tennis courts, as well as an undeveloped woodland area. All Forest Glen residents are automatically members of FGRA. Members pay modest annual dues once per year, and these funds are used to support maintenance and upgrades for the common properties.
FGRA operations are overseen by a board of FGRA members. Budgets and plans for the forthcoming year are discussed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each summer, to which all FGRA members are invited. In addition the board meets a few times a year to discuss FGRA business, and to coordinate FGRA projects.
