The 2017 FGRA dues notice has just been posted on the FGRA nextdoor.com group. Dues for this year will remain at $180 per household. Please help us save time and trees by paying before May 15, which avoids the need for us to send you a paper notice as well. Thanks!
For the last couple of years, we've used a combination of mailing lists and online contact forms to send important e-mails to our members. Unfortunately that system has proved to be too awkward for the volunteers on the FGRA board to maintain!
So, as of today, we are switching our communications over to nextdoor.com: the "social network for neighborhoods". We have created a "private group" which is only open to FGRA members, and we encourage every FGRA member to join, to help us reduce our paper mailings. You can click HERE to join the new group. Thanks! Wednesday, August 24 - 6.30pm
Please join us for the FGRA homeowners annual meeting! Come and meet your neighbors, find out what FGRA has been up to over the last year, and help us make plans for the coming year. We’ll meet in the picnic area next to the playground and tennis courts at 6.30pm. Please bring a chair, and feel free to bring along some drinks or snacks. The meeting usually lasts about an hour. We’ll start by presenting the FGRA expenses report and budget, and follow that with a general discussion of any neighborhood issues that people want to talk about. Hope you can make it! More Information Please visit our website at http://forestglenboulder.org/ for general information about FGRA. If you haven’t already done so, you can register your e-mail address at the website, in order to make sure you receive important messages from FGRA (and help save volunteer time and postage!). Detailed minutes of past annual meetings and previous budgets can be found on the AssociationOnline.com website. FGRA Board FGRA operations are organized by a board of volunteer FGRA members. If you’re interested in helping out, please come along to the annual meeting to meet the rest of the board and chat about what is involved. In particular, we're looking for an additional person to help manage FGRA's online presence (the website, mailing lists, etc), so if you have the relevant skills and would like to help, please let us know! 6.30pm - Wednesday - September 16 2015

The FGRA dues for the 2015 calendar year are $180 per lot or living unit. Dues are to be paid
by June 1, 2015. Please make checks out to FGRA and send your check to: FGRA Treasurer 3905 Orange Court Boulder, CO 80304 If you use a bank bill-payment service, please ensure they use the above address. FGRA members jointly own the tennis court/park on the north side of Poplar Avenue and the wooded area along the western edge of Forest Glen on the south side of Poplar Avenue. Please note that membership in the FGRA is not optional and is not based on whether you use the tennis courts, etc. All owners of property in Forest Glen 1st and 2nd filings are members and agreed to pay these dues when their property was purchased subject to covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCRs) of record. A copy of the CCR document can be found on our website (see below). The dues cover costs of utilities, property management, maintenance and improvements, insurance, etc. Note: Tennis court locks will not be changed this year; please continue to use the key that was mailed to you previously. The time and corresponding costs of chasing late dues can be substantial, particularly if we must pursue filing of liens; homeowners will be assessed the following fees: - $15 late fee + 12% annual interest, beginning July 1, 2015 - legal/processing fees (about $75) if we must begin formal collection proceedings - legal/ processing fees (about $225) if a lien is filed/recorded with the County Thanks in advance for your prompt attention to this. |
