The 2021 FGRA dues & special assessment notice has just been emailed to everybody for whom we have an email address. Dues for this year will remain at $180 per household, but there is also an added $200 special assessment that was approved a few months ago for tennis court rebuilding. Please help us save time and trees by paying before May 1, which avoids the need for us to send you a paper notice as well. Thanks!
